About
01.

Providing a treatment focus for Trauma-Spectrum Neurodivergent individuals,  Amanda uses a Strengths-Based perspective to help you discover healthy coping tools to enhance your strengths while introducing skills to reduce suffering.

I am currently accepting new clients at this time for tele-health sessions.

02.

I am a systems therapist, which means that I look at the entirety of the relational and contextual system in which you exist. This way, dynamics that are dissonant may be able to become harmonious by using healthy coping skills. These include emotional intelligence, adaptive communication, and leaning about your unique attachment style.

03.

Various support groups will be held virtually or in person. Topics include: grief counseling, bereavement support, building strength and resilience with positive psychology, asking and answering deep questions such as "Who am I?" or "Why am I here?" with existential therapy groups, explore the power of sound with therapeutic harp sessions for emotional catharsis, and much more!

See my counseling group schedule for more details!

04.

Family Therapy is a systems-based approach that combines many therapies into a unique skill set for you and your family to help address challenges, find solutions, work on acceptance, self-change, and to identify the qualities of your own family system.

Each family has their own set of rules, culture, behaviors, patterns, and enjoyment. It will be my job as your therapist to discover family strengths, areas of improvement, and to provide resources and coping skills for your family to thrive together.
