About

Amanda Odish

Aloha! Thank you for having the courage to seek support. I am someone who has experiential and text-book understanding of trauma and the various coping strategies and methods for symptom relief to increase resilience skills and connection with your strengths. I am the type of therapist who wants to teach you the techniques you can use on your own so that you don't need a therapist.

I also value investment in the process of healing and will provide psychoeducation that is unique to you using hand-outs with information, worksheets, and activities in a safe space.  I also will listen compassionately and provide warmth, care, support, presence, and unconditional positive regard in a confidential and protected atmosphere.
